Job Description

1. Determine marketing & communication strategy, including:

A. Brand positioning and product strategy:

  • Collaborate with Collection, Art design, Development & Sourcing teams to define brand positioning, in terms of:

+ Product concept: product name/ features/ benefits

+ Product performance: product attribute/ quality

+ Packaging

+ Price

+ Place: location & coverage

+ Customers experience and the brand messages to customers

  • Work with Collection and Retail teams to define product portfolio and strategy:

+ Determine product type, collection composition, value or volume driven products…

+ Determine core target customers

+ Determine role of different kind of products: permanent, seasonal…

B. Build up, manage and execute all the marketing campaign

  • Based on marketing & communication strategy, suggest yearly/ occasional Marcom plan
  • Supervise and monitor marketing/ communication agencies to implement the plan within allocated budget

2. Build & adapt Retail sales strategy, action plan to ensure Hanoia’s retail target achievement.

  • Based on data of sales, market, competitors as well as development strategy of the Company, build overall Retail sales strategy. The strategy includes but is not limited to:
  • Sales target and revenue growth strategy
  • Customer segmentation
  • Exploitation of new markets and new sale channels
  • Sales message/ Sales policy/ Sales process
  • Define action plan supporting sales strategy.
  • Manage, develop and maximize client’s portfolio by working on CRM strategy and program. Participate in taking care of VIP clients of Hanoia
  • Supervise retail operation management.
  • Be responsible for reviewing and revising Hanoia’s strategy and periodic plan (weekly, monthly and quarterly) to ensure the Retail strategy is in the right direction

3. Other tasks as required by line manager

Job Requirement


At least bachelor degree


Sales, Marketing,PR, Economics, Business Administration,… and related fields




Luxury and high- end market

Sales method

Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution…)

Deep understanding of modern marketing trends

People management and motivating

Able to accurately forecast sales

Experience in building sales strategies


Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing

Analysis skill

Interpersonal skill

Leadership skill

Computer skill

Problem-solving skill

Competences/ Attitude:

Result - oriented


At least 5 years’ experience in managerial position.
