Job Description

  1. Be responsible for ordering tasks
  • Plan and manage merchandise retail order for the stores on a monthly basis
  • Work with factory and liaise with other departments to make sure orders are delivered on time
  • Manage packaging and printed material stock and place order while necessary
  • 2.Be responsible for Retail Operations
  • Supervise the stores in order to maintain standard Retail SOP
  • Monitor inventory and rebalance stock between stores on a weekly basis
  • Monitor consignment POS
  • Manage and support franchise stores (operation, stock orders and delivery)
  • Handle online customers (Hanoia website and others e-commerce platform, exclude Facebook)
  • Manage store’s maintenance task
  • Manage after sales services of the stores (damage, repair, return, complaints, questions…)
  • 3.Define trade promotion plan and participate in determining product strategies
  • Build up trade promotion to maximize sell through and profits to meet the target
  • Review products, analyze sales data and study customer needs to propose product strategies
  • 4. Make report as requirement:
  • Analyze data (sales, stock level, customer insight) on a monthly basis to place/modify orders
  • Identify risk/issues and use data to propose effective solutions
  • Performing monthly/quarterly/yearly report as requested by Manager
  • 5.Other tasks as assigned by manager

Job Requirement

Education:

Bachelor degree

Major:

Economics, Commercial, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance/Accounting or related fields

Certification:

 

Knowledge:

Good knowledge and orientation of Marketing/CRM is a plus

Knowledge in lifestyle/fashion is a plus

Good English in 4 skills or equivalent to IELTS 6.5 and above

Skills:

Analysis skill

Scheduling

Excel/PPT

Competences/ Attitude:

Problem solving ability & Logical thinking

Multi-tasking ability is compulsory
