Participate in various sales activities of the Alba mineral water based on available customer data and search for new customers for luxury/4 – 5-star hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafes.
1. Increase sales volume of Alba in the market including F&B chains, 4-5 star hotels/resorts
- Follow up the business plan of the Key Account Manager and develop lists of potential customers
- Approach, consult and negotiate the F&B chains, 4-5 star hotels/resorts about the products and their usage in the assigned list
- Coordinate with other team members to increase sales volume and maximize profits
- Keep up with market demand and trends in product-matching areas.
2. Develop and maintain customer relations
- Build and maintain good liaison with assigned customers
- Visit customers’ locations frequently and response to customers’ inquires and claims as soon as possible to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Anticipate the customers’ need to provide appropriate solutions.

1. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related fields
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in 4 – 5-star and luxury Hotel and Restaurant field
- Excellent English skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing), mastering another language is an advance
