Job Description


Participate in various sales activities of the Alba mineral water based on available customer data and search for new customers for luxury/4 – 5-star hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafes.

Major responsibilities

1. Increase sales volume of Alba in the market including F&B chains, 4-5 star hotels/resorts

  • Follow up the business plan of the Key Account Manager and develop lists of potential customers
  • Approach, consult and negotiate the F&B chains, 4-5 star hotels/resorts about the products and their usage in the assigned list
  • Coordinate with other team members to increase sales volume and maximize profits  
  • Keep up with market demand and trends in product-matching areas.

2. Develop and maintain customer relations

  • Build and maintain good liaison with assigned customers
  • Visit customers’ locations frequently and response to customers’ inquires and claims as soon as possible to ensure customers’ satisfaction
  • Anticipate the customers’ need to provide appropriate solutions.

3. Other tasks from the Manager as assigned

Job Requirement


1. Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in 4 – 5-star and luxury Hotel and Restaurant field
  • Excellent English skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing), mastering another language is an advance

 2. Skills and abilities

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter
  • Responsible for assigned tasks
