- Internal: Key Account Manager, Sales Staff, Sales Admin, Accountant
- External: 4 – 5-star hotels, restaurants included in the 4 – 5-star hotels/resorts
Participate in various sales activities of the Alba mineral water based on available customer data and search for new customers for Key Account channel including luxury/4 – 5-star hotels, resorts, B2B, and F&B chains
II. Major responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain customer relations
- Establish relationships with new customers and product image to be prestige and high quality to customers
- Visit customers’ locations frequently and response to customer’s inquires and claims as soon as possible to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Forecast the customer's need to provide appropriate solutions.
2. Commit on assigned sales target
- Follow up the business plan of the Key Account Manager.
- Reports daily/weekly/monthly sales activities
- Coordinate with other team members to increase sales volume and maximize profits
- Keep up with market demand and trends in product-matching areas.
3. Other tasks from the Manager as assigned

- Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related fields
- No experience required
- Excellent English skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing), mastering another language is an advanc
