The Senior Brand Executive is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing campaigns for Tam Sơn Yaching: market research, marketing plan, implement and review all campaigns in order to develop strong brand image and support sales.
Manage and optimize external partner network.
Report to: Deputy Marcom Director
1. TAM SON YACHTING – MARCOM
- Follow line manager’s guideline and subsidiary’s business direction to build annual marcom plan
- Build monthly marcom plans based on annual plan
- Work closely with subsidiary’s management on daily basis to understand company’s arising needs to maximize market share and revenue growth
- Based on subsidiary’s mentioned needs, discuss with direct supervisor to come up with solutions and execution plans
- Take charge in the execution of media, event, marcom collateral production and other plans
- Monitor brand health and propose initiatives for improvement
- Coordinate with supporting departments and maintain relationships with press, suppliers... to achieve best performance
- Prepare monthly reports
2. TAM SON YACHTING – SALE SUPPORT
- Support as requested by subsidiary’s management in sale-supporting activities to increase deal-closing opportunities
- Join meetings with potential prospects as requested by subsidiary’s management to support in following-up
3. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERVISORS
