1. Determine marketing & communication strategy, including:
A. Brand positioning and product strategy:
+ Product concept: product name/ features/ benefits
+ Product performance: product attribute/ quality
+ Place: location & coverage
+ Customers experience and the brand messages to customers
+ Determine product type, collection composition, value or volume driven products…
+ Determine core target customers
+ Determine role of different kind of products: permanent, seasonal…
B. Build up, manage and execute all the marketing campaign
2. Build & adapt Retail sales strategy, action plan to ensure Hanoia’s retail target achievement.
3. Other tasks as required by line manager
At least bachelor degree
Sales, Marketing,PR, Economics, Business Administration,… and related fields
Luxury and high- end market
Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution…)
Deep understanding of modern marketing trends
People management and motivating
Able to accurately forecast sales
Experience in building sales strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing
Result - oriented
At least 5 years’ experience in managerial position.
