Job Description


The successful candidate will be in charge of recruitment, training & development as well as support subsidiaries in diversified HR issues.


1. Recruitment

  • Manage headcount plan of the Group
  • Look for and exploit different recruitment channels
  • Manage and optimize the candidate database using
  • Working with related HOD to reconfirm scope of work and requirements to complete JD
  • Evaluate and select to choose the most suitable candidates in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with C&B team to draw up job offer, work with Admin team to complete pre- employment procedure.

2. Training & development

Assist HRD in training and development activities, including but not limited to:

  • Determine training strategy and program for Group based on Group and subsidiaires’ needs
  • Look for, evaluate and develop relationship with external training organizations and internal trainers
  • Manage training quality and budget
  • Manage learning management system

3. Support subsidiaries in resolving HR issues

  • Follow up HR activities implementation of the Companies in charge, under HRD’s supervision.
  • Support and advise to resolve HR issues if necessary

4. Other task as per HRD’s requirement. 


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Human resources management, Business management, Law or related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment and/ or training
  • Fluent in English (Compulsory). Knowing French is a big advantage
  • Experience in multinational company. A Group level experience is highly appreciated
  • Good team- work player
  • Hard- working, well organized
  • Proficient in Work, Excel, PPT
