Job Description

1. Human Resources:
• Recruitment
- Prepare job description regarding requests from departments (if any)
- Post and support posting job ads on websites, social media
- Promote employer branding by preparing contents, creating, sharing job posts on social media (Facebook and Linkedin – 2 posts/week/page), and participating in job fairs
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Follow up interview results to inform candidates
• Onboarding
- Schedule onboarding date and coordinate with the requested department to arrange seat, stationery…
- Review onboarding package and provide guidance for new employees including employee handbook, code of conducts, benefit booklet, training policy
- Write and send out onboarding memo
• Training
- Conduct Orientation Training for new member
- Carry out Training Need Analysis and develop Training plan
- Collect training participants from departments 
- Follow-up training payments 
- Synthesize feedbacks and training evaluation for training report
• Termination
- Farewell memo
2. Admin
• Produce various memos for internal events/occasions
• Design and send Birthday email 
3. Internal communication
• Brainstorm and draft activities for internal events
• Write, design and send out memos and reminders for each event
• Coordinate with related departments and set up for each event
• Create event on Social Media and follow up
• Taking photos
• Estimate cost and follow up payment of each event 
• Thank you letter/post for each event after finishing

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Human resources management, Business management, Law or related fields. 
- At least 1 years’ experience in recruitment and/ or training
- Fluent in English (Compulsory). 
- Good team- work player
- Hard- working, well organized
- Proficient in Work, Excel, PPT
