Job Description

  1. Define and communicate brands/ products portfolio & positioning to increase customer awareness
  • Work with Collection and Retail teams to define product portfolio and strategy:

+ Determine product type, collection composition, value or volume driven products…

+ Determine core target customers

+ Determine role of different kind of products: permanent, seasonal…

  • Collaborate with Collection, Art design, Development & Sourcing and Purchasing teams to define brand positioning, in terms of:

+ Product concept: product name/ features/ benefits

+ Product performance: product attribute/ quality

+ Packaging

+ Price

+ Place: location & coverage

+ Customers experience and the brand messages to customers

2. Build up, manage and execute all the marketing campaign

  • Suggest yearly/ occasional Marketing plan
  • Supervise and monitor internal teams as well as marketing/ communication agencies to implement the plan within allocated budget, on both traditional and digital channels.
  • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
  • Make marketing budget quarterly and annually and ensure marketing activities are within the allocated budget

3. Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Job Requirement


At least bachelor degree


Marketing, PR, Communication, Sales, Economics, Business Administration,…


High- end product market

Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution,…)

Deep understanding of modern marketing trend


Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing

Analysis skill

Leadership skill

Computer skill

Competences/ Attitude:


Detail-oriented and able to work under deadline



Result - oriented


At least 3 years’ experience in manager position
