Job Description

Senior Talent acquisition and development executive is responsible for recruiting and developing talents for the Company. He/she will also take care of supporting/ administrative tasks to ensure effectiveness of the Admin & HR department.

1.   Recruit talents

  • Based on annual headcount & salary plan, build recruitment plan and method to make sure the Company has the right talent at the right moment.
  • Use and develop different channels to widen candidate pool and access passive candidates.
  • Combine different interview techniques to make sure the candidates are well assessed and followed.
  • Build employer branding.
  • Archive recruitment files as well as employees’ dossiers

2.   Develop talents

  • Combine various methods to assess and record training needs of the organization.
  • Suggest annual training plan. Choose trainers. Build and/ or examine training content. Make sure the training is of good quality, follows approved budget and responds to employees’ needs.
  • Make post- training evaluation and suggest next actions.
  • Build and develop internal trainers.
  • Directly in charge of orientation and core values training.
  • Archive training files and dossier.

3.   Take care of supporting and administrative tasks

  • Take care of diversified supporting and administrative tasks as assigned by HRM
  • Participate in Company’s HR project
