STS - Senior HR Generalist

Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for performing all of the functions of HR operation. The scopes of work may include but not limited to recruitment and training, performance management, policies & process, employee relation, internal communication… Besides, he/she will be in charge of administrative tasks of the company also.

  1. HR Operation (90%)
  • Take care of activities related to recruitment and selection process including: prepare annual recruitment plan, draft JDs, screen CVs and shortlist potential candidates, interview, negotiate on working conditions…
  • Provide recommendations/initiatives of employer branding
  • Plan and implement training and development programs: orientation for new employees, training soft skills, coaching for success, talent development…
  • Perform C&B tasks such as controlling employees’ attendance, processing monthly payroll, handling PIT declaration and insurances…
  • Maintain & always keep up-to-date the personnel database and employee information
  • Standardize and update HR system, policies and procedures following to Labor Law and Company Practices, especially total rewards policy, then communicate them to employees and follow their compliance
  • Participate with BOD and other Head of Departments in setting up BSC, KPIs for Company and employees
  • Proactively handle issues relevant to Employee Relation such as grievance, disciplinary, conflicts…
  • Be responsible for all periodical reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) related to HR such as: monthly reports submitted to HR Group, turnover rate, training…
  • Provide recommendations/initiatives throughout building employee engagement activities to promote corporate culture
  • Carry out internal communication activities
  1. Admin (10%)
  • Manage facilities and stationeries of the office
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars and making hotel reservations for employees if they are on business
  • Be the ambassador of STS to work with suppliers, banks, authorities…
  • Coordinate with accounting department to make necessary payments
  • Be in charge of monthly employee birthday party, team building or any other company’s events…
  1. Other tasks assigned by BOD of STS (if any)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Languages
  • At least 2 years’ experience working at the same position, prior working experience in ICT, e-commerce companies is a plus
  • Well understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good planning and time management
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Be able to use English
  • Positive thinking and result-oriented
  • Solid commitment to timely completion of tasks
  • Perform independently and flexible in dynamic context
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Focus on details
