Job Description

Summary: Hanoia is the leading haute-lacquer house in Vietnam of which products have been recognized by prestigious luxury fashion brands worldwide. The wholesale manager will manage the wholesales activities and staff of the Hanoia Brands. The wholesales manager will also deals with the manufacturers as well as retailers.

Report to: Commercial Director

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build Strategy and Sales plan

  • Identify sales opportunities through market and industry research trends
  • Propose strategies and sales plan, including target customer, sales method, plan implementation…
  • Coordinate with Finance team to make sure that the sales plan will meet the budget and sales target
  • Analyze sales data and transmit to Data analysis

2. Develop and manage sales activities

  • Participate in events, industry activities as a representative of the brand to identify sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Collection and Marketing teams to build the sales kit
  • Push sales and directly participate in sales activities when needed
  • Ensure that objects made correspond to image of the brand
  • Deal directly with VIP customers
  • Resolve customer complaints, maximize customer service to satisfy customer’s problem

3. Build sales policies

  • Be responsible for establishing sales policies (commission, cross-sales ...)
  • Participate in managing customer data
  • Manage the sales activities of the subordinate

4. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisors

Job Requirement

  • Possess a management degree in any related field. Any specialized course or degree in management
  • At least 5 years of wholesale experience 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, written and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship building and customer rapport skills
  • Methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence
  • Product knowledge
  • Must have a Fashion/Luxury Goods retail background 
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Good leadership skills.
