- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Support HRM in other staff activities
- Controls and updates the annual leave and compensation leave balance to relevant HODs on a monthly basic.
- Process and control sick leave, annual leave, maternity leave and other leave applications.
- Prepare monthly time attendance record for employees’ month end payroll cut off.
- Prepares all input for payroll run
- Performs payroll processing and month end closing of payroll
- Makes sure all of the supported documentation for payroll is recorded and able to track anytime
- Make sure the figure on Cadena system is accurate and updated for salary calculation and for any other HR reports
- Supervises filing of payroll reports
- Supervises filing pay slips
3. RECRUITMENT:
- Greets, welcomes candidates & receives their applications in a friendly manner.
- Attracts and help to select the right and qualified candidates for position vacancies
- Is responsible for candidate reference check for level 6-7
- Provides professional support and advice on recruitment process
- Participates into the job fair
4. TRAINING:
- Support HRM in some training activities as per request
5. COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS:
- Gives clear instruction about workmen insurance and clamming procedures to employees. Makes sure the clamming deadline is strictly respected
- Makes sure all staffs are register for Social Insurance on time, health Insurance cards are updated accurately and on time.
- Follows up with Finance to make sure the payment for Social Insurance is done on time and accurately.
6. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
- Controls the staff locker, nametag, shoes, uniform
- Conduct inspection in employees’ locker to make sure security standard & Hotel regulation are strictly followed on a monthly basic.
- Regularly walks around the Resort to observe the performance level of employees in term of grooming standard.
- Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
