1. Be responsible for the sales strategies and sales targets of the international market
- Propose sales strategies/ action plans and implement them to achieve the sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) by developing the existing customers and exploiting new markets/ new customers
- Create and growth customer networks, customers data
- Build and implement sales process and policies
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and new potential customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identity customer’s requirements, develop and fulfill orders, ensure deadlines required by clients, solve issues (if any)
- Develop and follow after-sales service
- Analyze market situations, sales performance, market trends, etc. to identify opportunities and challenges, and understand unmet needs to expand business.
2. Develop distribution channels in the international markets
- Research potential distribution channels and develop business opportunities in the international markets
- Build a distributor management system and track the implementation of the system
- Ensure effective interactions and co-operations with distributors
- Track sales revenue and work with the distributor’s representatives to maximize business results
Education: Bachelor degree
Major: Economy, Management or related fields
Knowledge:
- Have knowledge in luxury products; having knowledge in lacquer product is an advantage
- Wide corporate client portfolio
- Microsoft office, especially in PPT and Excel
- Luxury goods retail knowledge
Skills:
- Communicate fluently in French and English or a foreign language is a compulsory
- Good leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and explanation skills
- Strong relationship building
- Methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence
