Job Description

A - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
1. Guide and manage the overall functions of Human Resources:
• Recruitment and staffing (benchmark survey for recruitment & retention scheme support)
• Salary & Performance review
• Labor relations, employee separation
• Implementation of policies and various employee programs (orientation, training program, leadership development & succession planning)
• Organizational restructure & development where required
2. Promote Company culture/core values
3. Play a critical role in change management

B- ADMIN TASKS
Legal compliance and corporate affairs:
• Complying business licenses/permits with the laws (food hygiene, parking, wine retail, fire prevention...)
• Manage/supervise the application of work permit, residence card/visa for expatriate (if any)
• Ensure HR reports are completed in a timely manner
• Represent General Manager during authority's inspections when required
• Maintain good relationship with local authorities to ensure the smooth running of operations
* Other tasks to be carried out as assigned by BOM

Job Requirement

1. Qualification & Experiences:
- A bachelor's degree and five years of human resource & admin experience
- Sound knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding social skills
- Fluency in English is a must
2. Personality:
- Must be a positive thinker and open-minded
- Service oriented and very responsive to internal/external customers
- Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity
- Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
- Willingness to go extra miles, high level of adaptability
- Coaching and mentoring skills, ability to influence others
- Highly organized and have good eyes for details"
