[Marcel Group] HCM- Senior Marketing Manager

Marcel Group - a leading Gourmet Burger chain in Saigon and Openasia's strategic partner- is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive the brand forward. This role will oversee social media, advertising, promotions, events, and assist on customer relationships, and partnerships with freelancers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute marketing plans for brand awareness and growth. 
• Manage & create social media content and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. 
• Coordinate with photographer/videographer freelancer. 
• Coordinate promotions, events, and loyalty programs. 
• Cultivate partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and other collaborators. 
• Implement customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty. 
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Speaks & writes both in English & Vietnamese.  
• Having at least 2 years of relevant experience in café or/and F&B industries
• Some experience in marketing appealing to the young generation (20-35years).
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing. 
• Good communication and organizational skills. 
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
