[Openasia Group] HN - Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description

Scope of work:

  1. Recruitment Support: (30%)
    • Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, hosting candidates, gathering feedbacks in order to improve candidates’ experiences during the hiring process.
    • Managing candidate database and job posting websites to support PIC of subsidiaries in attracting candidates through job posting channels.
    • Supporting in sourcing & mapping and recruitment report if necessary.
  2. Employer Branding: (70%)
    • Creating content to promote Openasia and subsidiaries’ images and deliver the core values of the organizations to external audiences through social media
    • Coordinating with recruitment agencies and 3rd parties in communication to increase the brand awareness of Openasia Group and subsidiaries
    • Delievering recruitment news and updating opening positions to both internal and external audiences
    • Making suggestion on suitable employer branding opportunities and supporting employer branding activities such as conferences, job fair of the Group and subsidiaries
    • Supporting internal employer branding activities such as team building, corporate culture project to enhance employee engagement and employee satisfaction.
  3. Administration: (10%)
    • Supporting in reviewing, revising and keeping track of human resource documents
    • Supporting team in other administration task such as logistics, contract, payment…

Job Requirement

  • Final year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related majors
  • Detailed, patient, hard-working, integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skill with professional manner, self-confident and initiative
  • Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

Working Hour: Fulltime from 8.30AM – 6PM; Mon to Fri
