1. Research market and communication trends as well as client’s information
●Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in relating fields
● Acquire understanding about the client’s product or service, the market and its consumers – and understand their objectives in terms of sales, market-share, brand awareness and positioning
2. Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution
● Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent interaction
● Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end-to-end project management
● Understand larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on client’s overall performance
● Manage client’s expectations and interpret client’s feedback for change or improvement
3. Coordinate with other departments and team members
● Oversee various execution stages and ensure adequate resources to meet projects’ deadlines, maximizing internal interests and external profits
● Create organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
● Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas of growth
4. Digital Project Manager
● MKT Automation Strategy and coordinator
● Communication leader in brands development on ecommerce platforms or their own website
5. Other tasks assigned by the line manager
● Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested
● At least 3 years of marketing communications experiences
● BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
● High- end product market, Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution…)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal and in writing (Both Vietnamese and English)
● Desk research and analysis skills
● Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Creative thinking, good communication, and motivation
