I Talent management:
- Building the Competency framework based on industrial and Business needs;
- Managing components of the Career Portfolio by prioritizing and coordinating the work of others within and across teams; collect and summarize information and use insights to inform decisions.
- Implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources
- Evaluating talent to increase the effectiveness, reach and visibility of career programs and help the Company respond to career and talent-related opportunities and demands.
II. Training
- Analyzing training needs, building and developing training plans
- Compiling and developing training and development policies, processes.
- Developing training plan based on the results of competency assessment.
- Researching, building, updating training materials.
- Participating in the establishment and implementing of the Internal & External Training programs: class facilitating, training survey, evaluating the training course results.
III. Corporate Culture & Internal Communication
- Executing the Company’s Culture strategy through role modelling Company’s values and the behaviors which drive this culture: internal communication, host the events (Team building, Tam Son Gala, Birthday...)
- Responsible for after event survey and report to ensure the quality of events
- Responsible for Internal Communication: Promotion, Onboarding, Offboarding, Events…
