Group Total Rewards Executive

Job Description

About the role: The Group Total Reward Executive role will support Group Total Reward team in fully Compensation & Benefits tasks (Annual leave, Labor contract, Benefits, Trade Union, employee database, local compulsory insurances, other C&B operation ect). This role works closely with internal Departments (Accounting & Finance, Legal, Internal Control Department and HR Subsidiaries) Responsibilities:

1. HR Data Management (10%)

• Keep track and maintain the HR database for all employee records in excel and in the company's system.

• Prepare & manage contracts for employees (offer letter, labor contracts, appendix, renewal of labor contracts, update of employees’ promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview ...) following up signing process and filling.

2. Compensation & Benefits Operation (50%)

• Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law • Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report.

• Update the current policies (Working time policy...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures…) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.

3. Report (10%)

• Prepare and timely process required reports on the labor status to DOLISA and any other labor related periodic reports as required by the law 4. HR Project (10%)

• Work within established HRMS projects: Deploy HRMS System into operation.

5. Trade unions (10%)

• In charge of the establishment and operation of trade unions;

• Take care of the spiritual life of union members in the Company and pay related benefits ly (illness, funeral, wedding, ...)

• Representing the voice of union members to make reasonable proposals to adjust labor relations and submit them to the Board of Management for consideration.

6. Other (10%)

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.

Working location: No. 21 - Alley 2 Le Van Huu str., Hai Ba Trung dist., Ha Noi, Viet Nam Working hour: 8.30AM – 6PM; Mon to Fri

Job Requirement

•  University Degree in related faculties or similar

• Minimum 2 - 3 year’ experience in HR & processing payroll, SHUI...in company size from 500 headcount.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented and human-centric mindset.

• Strong problem solving and organizational skills

• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese.

• Experience using HRM Software is a plus
