The Sales Representative’s mission is to develop sales turnover in its territory. He/she is also in charge of providing support to the GM activities regarding sales and business development
1. Commercial support:
- Manage and develop client’s portfolio.
- Being proactive by offering innovative solutions to clients
- Development skills for the management of existing accounts
- Organization and follow-up of training (Mooc, training program, briefing etc.)
- Participation and organization of events and customer training (conventions, product launches, inaugurations, etc.).
- Feed and follow the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and follow the KPIs
- Prospecting missions: identifying potential clients
- Managing the entire sales process from securing a first meeting to signing contracts
- Customers Follow-up and prospect requests:
- Phone call support
- Sending documentation and information
- Preparation of quotations, follow-up of orders
- Processing, monitoring and analysis of orders from professional customers
- Follow-up of customer payments and reminders
2. After-sales services:
- Control the correct application of contractual commercial conditions
- Answering customer complaints
- Coordinate the follow-up actions to be implemented following the conclusions of the Quality department in the context of customer complaints
