[Hanoia] HN- Senior Administrative Executive

• Build plan/budget and executives with daily/monthly/yearly administrative tasks
• Develop, implement and improve required licenses, regulations/ policies
• Proceed the certificate related SA8000, ISO9000...

• Coordinate with Health-Safety-Environment team to maintain compliance SA8000, ISO9000.

• Organize training courses and monitor polices & procedures manipulation in work. 

• Prepare the monthly/ yearly reports and urgent/ necessary reports for customers/group
• Maintain and develop good relationship with authorities and government.
• Manage the security and cleaning team and be responsible for security and cleaning matters in workshop

• Bachelor degree in Administrative, Business or related fields
• Good English communication
• Excellent system skills, admin procedures, reports
• Good communication skills to work with local authorities, customers
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Problem solving ability & Logical thinking
• Attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Can Do and Positive Attitude
• Take initiative and has a strong work ethic
• At least 2 years’ experience at the same position
