JOB SUMMARY
The Sales & Trading Specialist is responsible for Retail/Trade Activities Supervision as well as participating in regular Marketing Operations as directed by the DOSM.

- Responsible of Sales/Retail Operation while working closely with Retailers.
- Participate in Marketing Operations to support Sale

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible of Sales/Retail Operation while working closely with Retailers
- Monitor Sale figures given by Retailers and report to DOSM on regular basis.
- Collect Sales Data and analyze various indicators/ matrices given by DOSM
- Propose and consult the DOSM on promotion & sales campaign to push sales, cross sales & up sales as well as stock clearance/slow movers
- Develop & Maintain relationship with distributors
- Collaborate with distributors to implement sales promotion and other activities of the same nature to potential buyers
- To be in charge of dealing contract's terms, conditions & signature with distributors
- Work with internal departments in preparation for the buying section of distributors
- Organize the Buying section and finalize buying orders of distributor on each of the collection
- Monitor store's compliance to image and VM standards.
- Conduct mystery customers, survey to Point of Sale to provide independent assessment
2. Participate in Marketing Operations to support Sale
- Monitor and Report branding matrix through retail channels and E-commerce
- Monitor & report in regular basis a consistent implementation of brand guideline through retail channels
- Monitor VM activities
- Monitor and consult retailers on the compliance of display and VM guideline
- Collect, analysis and report feedbacks from Retail channels to support DOSM in proposing relevant strategies & tactics.
- Monitor store VM, decoration/ POSM display, window display for different seasons of the year
3. Participate in Product Development/Pricing Strategy
- Collect data (consumers' feedback, retailers' feedback) of products, designs and develop analysis
4. CRM strategy and supervision
- Together with the DOSM to propose CRM strategy
- Develop the detailed action plan
- Data collection from retailers, analysis and conduct report for internal purposes
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor degree & above
Major: Marketing, Sales, Economics, Commercial, Business Administration or related fields
Certification: Relevant certification/appreciation is a plus
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge and orientation of Sales, Marketing/CRM
- Practical experience in retail is appreciated
- Good English in 4 skills or equivalent to IELTS 6.5 and above
