* Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process wholesale orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions and interactions.
- Provide administrative support for sales reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues ly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and product samples to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Good verbal & written communication by English
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
